The floor on the Starcraft Holiday 140 i bough is rotten, so I'll be replacing it. My question is should I try and find an original one or can I do some DIY? Also, what about the seats, same question original or something different?

@Featherthethrottle just an advice bro, don't even bother looking for an original floor, cause it's really hard to find one. really rare!
The DIY route is absolutely the way to go. Use the old floor as a template to cut new marine grade plywood (make sure it's ACX or better).
The most important part of the job is properly sealing the new wood with epoxy resin or a good marine paint before you install it. That's what will prevent the rot from coming back. You'll end up with a stronger floor than the boat had from the factory
