Rebuilding 1978 StarCraft Holiday 18'. Wanted to know if anyone knew where I could get the aluminum transom caps for each side ??

Try eBay and Etsy with "vintage StarCraft transom cap" as your search term, plus classic boat swap meets. Some owners also 3D print or cast replacements from originals if nothing turns up used.
