1986 Starcraft SS160 transom replacement anyone have a template?

I'm currently in the thick of replacing the transom on my 1986 Starcraft SS160, and I've hit a bit of a wall. The old wood was completely decayed,there's just nothing left to guide me in making a new one.

I'm reaching out to see if there are any fellow Starcraft owners out there who might have a template or some measurements for this model. If you do, it would mean the world to me and save me countless hours of trial and error.

Unfortunately these templates are rare unless someone just happens to have one lying around, but here's what I think you could do, maybe clamp some cardboard or luan plywood to the outer skin and trace the curve from inside using the existing bolt holes or splashwell shape as a rough guide.
Or maybe someone else here can give us something more

Which material are you planning to use for the new transom, marine plywood, composite, or something else?

If you're considering other options, there are third-party suppliers that provide custom-cut aluminum or composite transom kits specifically designed to fit your needs. These kits can be bolted in place, eliminating the need for you to do the custom cutting yourself
